When you pay, please note that some of you may not see an immediate change in the expiration date of your fees for the new year. Our site is behaving not unlike a Frenchie and stubbornly eluding our attempts to correct the mistake – rest assured this reluctant learner will be fixed for the upcoming year. Our team will thoroughly review everyone’s dates and promptly inform you if there are any issues with your fees.

Your personal information and credit card numbers are not stored within our systems nor accessible to anyone. They are securely maintained by the credit card company, guaranteeing the safety and ease of your transactions.
For dual members, please note that memberships are linked to only one of you. If you do not see the Subscription Menu as demonstrated in the video, it is likely that the membership is associated with your partner’s account. If you wish to make changes, kindly inform us, and we will be happy to assist you.
