The French Bulldog Club of NSW is proud to announce the launch of our new website which aims to support and promote the breed as well as increase participation and membership in the Club while at the same time reducing the administration requirements on our volunteers.

Designed, built, and the work donated by our new Publicity Officer, Lloyd Grosse – whose specialist skills in technology and online services for membership organisations spans over 3 decades.

“I hope the new clean look makes the site easy to navigate and engaging,” said Lloyd. “We’ve introduced some great new features that will provide better services for our members, including online membership payments and a member only knowledgebase.”

The site adds features including member and committee only sections housing training material, in-depth breed information and the entire back catalogue of the Club’s Magazine “Le Bouledogue Francais”.  The new Committee Hub will assist the Club’s office bearers as well as provide a central repository of important club documents. The Responsible Breeders list is now dynamically linked to the Club’s database and for the first time we have a register of puppies and adult dogs for sale from the Club’s recognised breeders.

“Whilst I have been a member of the club for over 30 years, it is only in the last 12 months that I have joined the Committee as Secretary of the club” said Kerry Wade, Secretary of the Club.  “This is a role that I really enjoy. It keeps me in touch with other members and the activities of the club and I feel that I am making a contribution towards the club’s goals.”

Kerry continues, “I know from an administrative perspective my role will be greatly assisted by the automation that Lloyd has built into the site.  All relevant information will be much more accessible to all. Our modernised new website will provide greater interaction for members, breeders and exhibitors alike and it will, I believe, provide a greater engagement for pet owners who just love the Frenchie breed. Congratulations Lloyd, I know you have invested much time and energy into this project, and it will be invaluable to us all as we approach our Jubilee Year, with a fresh new look, and celebrate our 40th anniversary.”

“We’d like to thank Lloyd for his many hours work on creating a really fantastic new online resource for the Club,” said Lyn Borg, President of the Club.  “We hope that the site will encourage a better love and understanding of French Bulldogs and promote both responsible breeders as well as great Frenchie owners,” she continued.

Lyn concluded by saying “There’s still a lot to come and we are excited about the more professional approach we are now taking to help promote and safeguard our beloved French Bulldogs.”
